"Motor has good pull"
So far, the motor’s been really solid. It picks up nicely on hills and doesn’t feel underpowered, which I appreciate since I’ve been riding it daily. I haven’t run into any issues yet, though I’ll keep an eye on how it holds up over time.

"Surprisingly, my order was actually right"
I ordered a few parts from ridepropel.com and, for once, everything showed up exactly how I picked it. The sizes, colors, and items all matched, with no weird substitutions or mix-ups like you kind of expect these days. It was a easy experience overall, and thankfully I didn’t have to chase down support to fix something that shouldn’t have been wrong in the first place.

"Bike feels really solid"
I got my bike from ridepropel.com a few weeks ago and, the build feels better than I was expecting. The frame just feels sturdy, the welds look clean, and there’s no weird rattling or anything when I’m riding. Even the smaller bits... they don’t feel cheap, which I kind of expected a little, but nope. So far it still feels tight and well put together. Happy with it overall.

I ordered from Propel EV and I was just expecting a normal shipping time, nothing special or super fast.

But it showed up way quicker than I thought, like in only couple days I think. The tracking updated fine too, so I wasn't sitting there wondering where a package was.

Pretty happy with that part overall. A fast delivery really does make difference, and I’d order from them again...

I bought my scooter the whole checkout process just felt easy and straightforward. I had a good feeling about it while ordering. Shipping did take a bit longer than I expected, but overall it was still a smooth experience

"Really good bike choices"
I was surprised by how many bikes they had to choose from. I found the style I wanted quickly, and having a few size options made it a lot easier because you don’t have to feel stuck with just one choice. The site was simple enough to browse around, and overall I’m happy with the selection

I had a warranty issue with my bike and Propel handled it fairly enough. It took a couple emails, but they stayed on it and got everything sorted in the end. No major drama, though I was expecting at least a quick apology for the hassle

"Helpful support when I needed a quick fix"
I had a small issue with my order, so I reached out to Propel EV support, not expecting much. They got back to me quickly and gave me a real answer instead of one of those copy-paste replies. Everything was sorted out the same day, which made the whole thing way less stressful. If anyone runs into a problem with their order, I’d say don’t hesitate to message them, in my experience, they were easy to deal with and actually helpful.

"Battery lasts better than I expected"
I got my bike from ridepropel.com and the battery range has been better than I thought it would be. I ride it to work and back a few times a week, and I do not have to plug it in every single day, which is really nice.

I was kind of worried the range might start dropping off quickly, but so far it has been holding up well. It just makes the whole ride feel easier and less stressful when I am not constantly thinking about the battery.

"Surprisingly solid parts"
I’ll admit, I was kind of expecting something to go wrong because that’s usually how it goes for me when I order parts online. But my RidePropel order showed up and the quality was actually better than I expected. Everything felt solid, not cheap or flimsy, and it fit without me having to fight with it for once. I’ve been using it for a bit now and, surprisingly, no issues so far

I took it out for a test ride and overall it felt really solid. The whole experience was smooth and easy, and the ride itself was comfortable. The only thing is that it felt a bit pricey for what it is

The staff answered my questions, and from what I could tell, they did know some of the basics. I’m not totally sure how much experience everyone had, though, because a few answers felt a little hesitant. Overall, it was okay, just not super confidence-inspiring.

I was stuck between two sizes and usually that’s where I end up guessing wrong, so I actually used their sizing chart this time. Based on the measurements, I went with the larger size, and I’m glad I did. The fit feels comfortable and true to what I expected. The sleeves are just a little longer than I’d prefer, but not enough to bother me much. I do think a few more body measurement details would make choosing even easier, but overall I’m happy with it

I had a small issue after the delivery, and I figured it was worth reaching out instead of just leaving it alone. Their support team got back to me quickly, explained what I needed to do, and even checked in later to make sure everything was okay. I’m glad I contacted them because it was handled better than I expected

I sent my board in to get repaired and it came back way quicker than I thought it would. They kept me updated enough along the way and the whole thing was easy. Really happy with how fast they got it done...

"These brakes honestly blew me away"
I bought this from RidePropel and wow, the brakes seriously surprised me. They feel super solid and stop fast, even going downhill, which is such a relief. No weird squeaking so far either. I feel about a thousand times safer riding now.
